The date for the next Running Festival incorporating the 9th Half Marathon and 2nd 10K Race is Sunday 31st October 2010, both events commencing at 11.00 am from side of Jedburgh Abbey.

The Eight Jedburgh Half Marathon was successfully run and the 2009 years winner was Wayne Dashder in 1 hour 16.35 minutes.
The female winner was Lucy Colquhoun in 1 hour 28.05 minutes.

The newly introduced 10K Race was successfully won by Robert Gilroy in 33.02 minutes.
The first woman across the line was Helen Waugh in 38.03 minutes.

Wheelchair atheletes As a part of the festival there was also the 10K wheelchair race. we have some photographs of the event. To access these other photographs click on the small photograh to the right, this is Dame Tanni Grey-Thomson at the start of the race.

For some it may be of interest to compare their 2009 timing and place with that achieved in 2008.
